Job summary

WSP in the UK is actively seeking an Electrical Design professional to support the delivery of Building Services projects. You will work within the MEP team, providing design and technical guidance to project managers and clients across multiple sites such as Brighton, Heathrow and Guildford.

The role benefits from BIM and Sustainability support, with opportunities toward Chartered Engineer status. A hybrid working policy allows home and office collaboration across the UK.

Qualifications

• Working towards Chartership via an Engineering Council accredited honours degree or specific experience.
• Degree in Building services Engineering or applicable discipline or relevant equivalent experience.
• Working towards IET Engineer or Chartered Building Services Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Provide design and technical advice on Building Services projects.
• Work with the project team to deliver design outputs, inputting to feasibility and detailed design.
• Produce detailed designs and performance specifications for discipline reviews.
• Collaborate with BIM and Sustainability specialists across projects.
• Support the project manager and client engagements on technical matters.
• Contribute to a team of around 60 engineers across multiple UK sites.
