Job Description:

Copello is seeking several Electrical Design Engineers for a Defence Prime involved in current and next-generation programmes.

This role offers a hybrid working pattern with mandatory travel to the North West.

The Electrical Designer should be proficient in CAD for producing 3D models of Electrical Systems and Equipment Integration, including switchboards and power units.

The role also involves developing 2D electrical system diagrams and schematics, and generating outputs for manufacturing, installation, and testing.

Skills and experience

• Experience in Electrical compartment integration and Engineering standards at component and sub-component levels
• Knowledge of Electrical routed systems in 2D/3D
• Proficiency in CAD tools

Experience in high-hazard industries such as Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Aerospace, Maritime, or Automotive is also considered.
