Job Description

As a member of our office team, you will be responsible for working on all electrical and control elements of the Company’s projects and will collaborate with our project team to manage project delivery.

The role involves working on all aspects of project design and delivery, including tender development, project planning, electrical design/specification, reviewing project designs, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring proper implementation of project elements, controls, and paperwork. Regular site visits will be required to scope, check, troubleshoot, and ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in electrical design, preferably within the UK water sector, with a good balance of office and practical experience. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret electrical drawings and instructions.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent
• 3+ years of relevant field and project experience
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in computer literacy
• CAD experience is preferred
• Practical field experience is essential
• Good knowledge of CDM and health and safety regulations
• Positive attitude with flexibility in approach to work
