Contract Outline:

• Electrical Design Engineer
• Sector: MOD / Naval
• Location: Manchester (hybrid working)
• Contract Length: 24 months
• IR35: Inside
• Rate: 40–50ph

Role Overview:

• Design of Electrical Control Panels (including Local Release Pushbuttons, Pump Starter Panels, etc.)
• Understanding of Piping & Instrument Diagrams
• Preparation of External and Internal Panel General Arrangement (GA) drawings
• Creation of Cable and Termination Schedules
• Development of Wiring Diagrams
• Design of Electrical Block Diagrams
• PLC hardware design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D)
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, and Acrobat
