CIBSE Journal is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer / Controls Engineer to join our engineering team in the UK. The role focuses on designing control systems and electrical panels for bespoke automation projects across multiple industries.
Key responsibilities include producing detailed schematics using EPLAN, designing control panels, compiling BOMs, and ensuring compliance with electrical standards. On-site and remote support may be required as projects demand.
Are you an Electrical Design Engineer with experience designing control systems, panels or electrical systems within an industrial engineering environment?
We are working with a well–established engineering business specialising in the design and manufacture of bespoke automation and robotic solutions. The company delivers technically complex equipment across a range of industries including automotive, medical, plastics and packaging.
You do not need previous special purpose machinery experience to be considered. Candidates from adjacent electrical design environments such as industrial automation, machinery, manufacturing equipment, packaging, material handling, process equipment or systems integration would all be of interest.
