Hartland Recruitment & Advertising Limited is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer for a Midlands-based, hybrid role. You will design MCCs, control panels, LV distribution, switchgear and related electrical installations in an industrial/manufacturing environment.

The position fits a candidate located in or willing to work in the Midlands with hybrid flexibility and a strong design background. The role offers a 37.5-hour week, salary up to GBP50,000, 36 days holiday, generous pension

Electrical Design Engineer (Midlands / Hybrid)

A well–established, large group company–with a strong "family feel"–is looking to expand its team due to over 5 years of forward orders. They are seeking 2 Electrical Design Engineers to join their growing business.

Location

• Midlands–based (hybrid home/office working available)

The Role

You’ll be involved in the design of:

• Motor Control Centres (MCC)
• Electrical Control Panels
• LV Distribution / Switchgear / Switchboards
• Electrical Installations

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in electrical design within industrial or manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of MCCs, control panels, or LV systems
• Based in or willing to work in the Midlands (hybrid flexible working)

Package

• Salary up to GBP50,000
• 37.5–hour week
