Hartland Recruitment & Advertising Limited is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer for a Midlands hybrid role in a large group with a growing order book. You will contribute to designing MCCs, control panels and LV distribution, and to electrical installations across industrial facilities.

The ideal candidate has proven electrical design experience in manufacturing, strong knowledge of MCCs and LV systems, and is based in or willing to work in the Midlands with flexible hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of MCCs, control panels, or LV systems.
• Based in or willing to work in the Midlands (hybrid flexible working).

Responsibilities

• Design MCCs and control panels for industrial facilities.

Electrical Design Engineer (Midlands / Hybrid)

A well-established, large group company — with a strong "family feel" — is looking to expand its team due to over 5 years of forward orders. They are seeking 2 Electrical Design Engineers to join their growing business.

Location

• Midlands-based (hybrid home/office working available)

Role

You’ll be involved in the design of:

• Motor Control Centres (MCC)
• Electrical Control Panels
• LV Distribution / Switchgear / Switchboards
• Electrical Installations

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in electrical design within industrial or manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of MCCs, control panels, or LV systems
• Based in or willing to work in the Midlands (hybrid flexible working)

Package

• Salary up to £50,000
• 37.5-hour week
• Overtime available
