Job overview

The Estates Hard FM Team is responsible for daily repairs, PPM, and operational testing of building services and equipment across the Trust.

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Maintenance Electrician to join our multi-skilled Estates team at Mile End Hospital, providing operational maintenance services throughout the Trust and its associated properties and sites.

You will be a keen team member with a recognised building services electrical apprenticeship or equivalent, with post-qualification experience in a complex building services environment. The Electrical Craftsperson must be a self-starter capable of working independently.
