Job summary

Dematic is seeking a training designer to concept, design, develop and deliver standard and customised training solutions with an electrical/controls bias.

You will contribute to the training strategy for the Academy @ Dematic and its customers, stay up-to-date with the product portfolio, and work with clients to understand their needs and propose suitable training solutions. Weekend/shift work and safety compliance may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with some or all of the listed training and electrical control topics is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Concept, design, develop and deliver training solutions with an electrical / controls bias
• Contribute to training strategy for the Academy @ Dematic and customers
• Keep up to date with the Dematic product portfolio
• Work with customers to understand training needs and recommend suitable training solutions
• Provide technical support to engineering teams and customers, including weekend / shift work
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation
• Act as an ambassador of the company and the Academy @ Dematic brand
• Identify continuous improvement and training sales opportunities
