Job summary
Qualifications
- A degree/HND/HNC in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Controls or a related discipline.
- Around 5+ years' relevant engineering experience.
- Experience producing electrical designs, schematics and technical documentation.
- Some exposure to PLC/control systems.
- Experience selecting electrical, instrumentation or control components.
Responsibilities
- Take existing engineering concepts and develop them into fully engineered solutions.
- Select and specify electrical/control components including sensors, pumps, valves and instrumentation.
- Produce electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation.
- Develop and implement PLC control systems, predominantly using Siemens
- Develop electrical and control system designs for industrial equipment
