Our Client an Engineering company are seeking an Lead EC&I Engineer (Electrical Controls and Instrumentation) for a permanent position in Warrington location. This role is placed within Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Energy, Utilities, Chemicals, Petrochemicals or highly regulated industry.
Role
In this role you will be the Lead EC&I Engineer for one project / portfolio of projects and will be responsible to manage and complete the EC&I engineering and design, which includes change control and consistency of the EC&I engineering and design with the other disciplines.
Responsibilities
As an Lead Electrical Controls and Instrumentation Engineer you will be responsible for the Electrical Control and Instrumentation (EC&I) design within engineering, EPCM or EPC projects and you will act as the technical authority for the EC&I discipline.
Project will predominantly reside in UK, but you will be expected to carry out projects for Europe & UK and these projects will range across the full lifecycle from concept to commissioning, in both green and brownfield applications.
You shall be able to lead projects and coordinate all EC&I engineering and design, with the other disciplines, Mechanical, Civil and Structural, Process and Automation. You will carry out, check and approve Engineering and Design estimates.
