Job Description:

Electrical Controls and Instrumentation Engineer required. Bennett and Game Recruitment are representing a world leader in the design, engineering, and delivery of turnkey projects to the industrial gases sector. They are currently recruiting for an EC&I Engineer within a commutable distance of Godalming. The ideal candidate will have an Electrical & Control background, HAZOP & LOPA experience, and capability in designing and implementing instrumentation systems.

Electrical Controls and Instrumentation Engineer Position Overview

• Identify electrical and control equipment based on project specifications
• Design detailed electrical and control systems
• Participate in HAZOP/LOPA studies, risk assessments, and evaluate plant protection systems' integrity
• Conduct factory and site acceptance tests
• Lead pre-commissioning tests and final plant startup

Position Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven capability in designing, implementing, and managing electrical and instrumentation systems
• Experience in HAZOP/LOPA studies and risk assessments
• Familiarity with procurement and installation of electrical and control equipment
• Experience in generating and evaluating E&I tender packages
• Full driving license
• Based within a commutable distance of Godalming

Remuneration

• Performance bonus
