Job summary

Rise10 Recruitment partners with a fast-growing electrical contractor in Northamptonshire to appoint a Contracts Manager (Electrical). You will oversee multiple installation projects from handover to final account, balancing programme, costs and quality while coordinating site teams and suppliers.

The role combines office-based commercial management with on-site involvement, requires five years in electrical projects, and offers a competitive salary with a company electric vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience managing electrical installation projects.
• Background in the electrical contracting industry.
• An electrical qualification or hands-on electrical installation background.
• SMSTS certification.
• ECS/CSCS Black Manager Card.
• Strong understanding of JCT and/or NEC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple electrical installation projects from handover through to completion and final account.
• Develop and maintain project programmes using Gantt charts or MS Project.
• Coordinate site supervisors, electricians, apprentices and specialist subcontractors.
• Plan procurement and material deliveries to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues and ensure projects meet deadlines and quality expectations.
