An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join an established, award-winning contractor with over 30 years of successful operation in the North West region.

The company has a great reputation and works across various sectors including Retail, Commercial, and Residential, providing both planned and reactive maintenance services to their long-standing client base.

As this is a critical role involving the coordination and delivery of multiple projects, it is essential that candidates come from an Electrical trade background and have previous experience managing multiple projects valued up to £5m.

Key experience required:

1. Experience managing electrical packages within the commercial/retail sector
2. Previous experience as an Electrical Project/Contracts Manager
3. Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
4. Building relationships with clients
5. Tendering/estimating projects, procurement of materials and labour, compiling RAMs, and ensuring H&S compliance on projects
