Role: Electrical Contracts Manager

Location:

Belfast

Hours:

1. Monday to Thursday: 8am to 5pm
2. Friday: Early finish

Salary:

£50k to £60k

The Role:

Ensure Projects' Electrical Contractual Requirements are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Relevant Qualification
• 3+ years post-qualification experience as a Contracts Manager
• Experience in Construction or M&E background with MTC
• Contract Management, Procurement, Client Meetings
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Full driver’s license
• Proficient in MS Office
