Qualifications

• City & Guilds BS7671 current edition required.
• 2394/2395 or 2391 testing & inspection qualifications needed.
• 2360 Parts 1 & 2, NVQ3 or equivalent required.
• CSCS card where applicable; full UK driving licence; clean DBS.

Responsibilities

Electrical Contracts Manager – Stratford (Covering Compliance Contracts) | Permanent

Salary: Up to £56,000 + £4,800 Car Allowance. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing electrical compliance, maintenance, repair and installation contracts.
• Leading and supporting teams of supervisors and engineers.
• Building strong relationships with clients, customers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
• Managing contract performance, compliance and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

You will have previous experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager or in a similar role, together with excellent organisational and leadership skills.

Essential qualifications include:

• City & Guilds BS7671 (Current Edition)
• City & Guilds 2394 & 2395 or 2391 Testing & Inspection
• City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• CSCS Card (where applicable)
• Full clean UK driving licence
• Clean DBS

You'll also have experience of:

• Managing electrical service, maintenance and installation programmes.
• Leading engineering and supervisory teams.
• Negotiating with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Delivering exceptional customer service.
• Working effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
• Using Microsoft Office and other IT systems confidently.
