Job description

Contracts Manager opportunity available with a Kent-based Mechanical & Electrical Contractor that specialises in planned maintenance & reactive service works on electrical & fire systems across the South East.

This opportunity comes with a basic salary between £60,000-£65,000 (Dependent on experience) and will involve the following duties:

1. Managing a team between 5-7 Engineers
2. Overseeing a range of maintenance & service contracts across the Electrical/Fire industry
3. Liaising with clients and suppliers
4. Working alongside and supporting the wider electrical team

Electrical Contracts Manager Job Requirements

1. Prior experience as an Electrician
2. In date Electrical tickets (18th Edition & NVQ Level 2/3)
3. SMSTS/SSSTS - (Desirable)
4. Experience managing Commercial & Residential contracts
5. Live within a commutable distance of Erith, Kent
6. Knowledge of Smoke Vent systems (Desirable)
7. Full UK Driving Licence
