We are proud to be recruiting for Source Electrical – a close-knit, people-first business based in Weston-super-Mare, who work with some of the UK’s biggest names.

Think Dunelm, Lidl, Screwfix and more. From retail refurbishments to booming solar installs, they design and deliver bespoke electrical solutions with pride.

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to lead projects from first enquiry through to final invoice – supported by a passionate, hands-on team that’s got your back.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own every stage of your projects – site surveys, CAD mark-ups, quoting, delivery, and client handover
• Handle all documentation, from RAMS to certification and O&M manuals
• Be a key contact for clients – trusted, reliable, and solutions-focused
• Oversee refurb and fit-out works (minimal overnight stays)
• Work closely with Directors and engineers to plan labour and resources
• Spot and secure new commercial opportunities – and drive profitability

What You’ll Bring:

• Fully qualified electrician (2391 Test & Inspection desirable)
• At least 5 years' experience managing electrical contracts or projects in retail or commercial settings
• Bonus points for solar experience, especially with rooftop installs
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Based within a sensible commute of Weston-super-Mare or Bristol

The Role:

• Full-time, permanent, based at our Weston-super-Mare HQ with UK travel
• £50,000–£55,000 plus company car
