Job summary

Walker & Sloan, an established family‑run electrical contractor, seeks an Electrical Contracts Manager in North Somerset. You will coordinate five to ten projects, manage procurement, programmes and costs, and lead site teams with a strong emphasis on safety and client relationships.

The role requires an electrical trade background, with contracts management experience preferred and a capacity for leadership and commercial responsibility.

Qualifications

• SMSTS and RAMS experience are essential.
• Strong IT and MS Office skills are required.
• Electrical trade background with site experience is important.
• C&G 2391 or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects, liaising with clients and subcontractors.
• Prepare RAMS and maintain health and safety standards on site.
• Oversee procurement, cost control and programme management.
• Provide practical technical support to resolve site queries and keep projects moving.
