Job summary

Salter Grange Limited is recruiting an Electrical Construction Manager to lead the electrical systems package on site for data centre projects. You will work with the Electrical Lead and Project Manager to ensure safety, quality, schedule and cost targets are met on site in a demanding environment.

The role requires 10–15+ years in construction, a degree in electrical engineering, and strong coordination across design, build and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading electrical construction packages on large projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage safety, quality and cost on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead all electrical construction activities on site and coordinate with Electrical Lead and PM.
• Manage safety files, QA and site reporting to drive project outcomes.
• Oversee design & build processes and scheduling of materials and subcontractors.
