Job summary

Faith Technologies seeks a Cx Associate Project Manager to generate business and oversee electrical and/or specialty systems construction projects. The role includes staff oversight and coordinating start-up activities with clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have PC proficiency, MS Office, and knowledge of Accubid and AutoCAD; electrical construction experience is preferred. Travel up to 100% and a 7–5 workday are expected to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical training.
• Experience: 1 year of electrical estimating experience.
• Experience: Five years of Project Management, Construction Management, Project Engineering, or Commissioning Management with 8 years of commissioning/start-up experience for electrical and/or mechanical systems; leading commissioning/start-up for projects >$25MM preferred.
• Travel: Up to 100%.
• Work Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; may require work at other times to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Supports generation of new business; networks, establishes and maintains customer relationships.
• Develops QAQC/Cx scope, schedule, and budget; reviews estimates with Estimating to ensure accuracy.
• Develops QAQC/Cx safety plan; collaborates with safety teams to ensure client-approved plan; supports start-up procedures.
• Coordinates with client and stakeholders on day-to-day start-up and Cx activities; leads meetings.
• Manages QAQC/Cx issues logs and coordinates to mitigate issues.
• Coordinates with third-party testing/commissioning agencies for coverage during procedures.
• Participates in performance reviews for field leadership; collaborates with Talent Team on recruiting and employee relations.
• Visits jobsites; interfaces with crew, customers, foremen, and general contractors to ensure progress and safety.
• Delegates to Cx Crew with proper controls; provides feedback and direction.
• Organizes Cx crew into productive teams; fosters cross-functional collaboration and avoids bottlenecks.
• Ensures alignment with functional and corporate strategies; supports continuous improvement.
• Performs other duties as required.
