Job summary

ABM is seeking an electrically biased trades person to operate on-site in a retail property environment in Bolton. You will perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks to electrical building services, diagnose faults, and work within QA and safety guidelines while supporting a multi-trade team.

Role requires a Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installations, 18th Edition, and time-served apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical Installations (2365-03) or equivalent.
• City & Guilds (2382) 18th Edition IEE.
• Time served apprenticeship or equivalent training.
• Demonstrable knowledge of building services engineering.
• Excellent work ethic and presentable appearance.
• Able to work unsupervised and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance as instructed.
• Fault finding, testing, repairs and preventative maintenance of electrical building services equipment.
• Close/update completed PPM tasks on the site CMMS system.
• Maintain QA, health, safety, and site procedures at all times.
• Inspect condition of services and respond to call-outs/repairs as required.
