Job summary

Anderselite is seeking an Electrical Fitter to cover the M&E water framework in the Northwest. The role is temp to perm, with on-site duties including reactive and preventative maintenance, BMS, fire alarm testing, and general estate upkeep.

Applicants should hold City & Guilds in electrical discipline and have a relevant apprenticeship, 17th/18th Edition, and experience as a Commercial Electrician doing PPMs. SSSTS and JIB Gold Card are advantageous. Contact Bruno Bagi for details.

Qualifications

• Must have City & Guilds or equivalent in electrical discipline.
• Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 17th or 18th Edition qualification required.
• Previous experience as a Commercial Electrician doing PPMs essential.
• SSSTS qualification desirable.
• JIB Gold Card advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Reactive, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Building Management System (BMS).
• Servicing of electrical systems.
• Fire alarm testing and emergency lighting checks.
• Lighting and installing logic control modules.
• General maintenance duties in estates.
• Installing ballasts and inverters in lamps.
• Ensure PPMs are carried out per task schedules and industry best practices.
