Job summary

Sphere Solutions is looking for an experienced Electrical Building Services Engineer to join its Building Services team in Bristol. This role involves supporting projects from pre-construction through to delivery, coordinating design, procurement, and installation.

The successful candidate will have experience in delivering electrical building services within construction, strong stakeholder management skills, and will ensure compliance with specifications and budgets. A competitive salary, company car, matched pension, and healthcare are on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering electrical building services packages within construction.
• Background with a main contractor or M&E contractor.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support tender and pre-construction activities including design reviews.
• Coordinate consultants and subcontractors to deliver integrated M&E solutions.
• Manage technical queries, RFIs and design changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Carry out site inspections and support construction teams to resolve issues.
