Qualifications

• Experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance.
• Ability to use maintenance software confidently.
• Familiarity with safe working practices and health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct planned maintenance and repairs.

• Operate and maintain steam systems.
• Work with BMS systems and valves.
• Service drainage and effluent systems.
