Job summary

Questech Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical bias) to join the manufacturing engineering team. The role covers reactive and preventative maintenance on modern production and packaging equipment, with a clear emphasis on reliability and uptime.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, a time-served apprenticeship, and PLC experience. The position offers a rolling 3-shift pattern (06:00, 14:00, 22:00) Monday–Friday, with

Qualifications

• Must have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Apprenticeship completed or time-served training in engineering.
• Experience with PLC-controlled production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide reactive and planned maintenance across a fast-paced production environment.
• Perform electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs.
• Carry out maintenance on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
