Job summary

Start People Ltd is recruiting a skilled Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer for a day shift role in Northampton. You will maintain conveyors, packaging machinery, weighers, metal detectors in a fast-paced FMCG setting.

Working on a 4 on/4 off pattern (42 hours per week) with overtime at 1.25x, you will ensure reliable plant operation, perform preventive maintenance, and support continuous production. The package includes a £50k salary, Auto-Enrolment pension, uniform and PPE, subsidised

Qualifications

• Electrical bias trained and experienced.
• Experience working with conveyors and other food manufacturing equipment.
• Similar experience in FMCG or Food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain conveyors, packaging machinery, weighers and metal detectors to ensure smooth operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns to minimise downtime.
