Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Skilled Facilities Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias for a full-time permanent role at our Bedworth site in London.

The position involves preventive and reactive maintenance to keep the site operational, with a rotating shift pattern and potential on-call duties. The role requires 5 years in an industrial environment, BS7671 wiring knowledge, and a background in electrical or mechanical engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Electrical bias with ability to work across maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of wiring regs and health & safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Reactive and planned maintenance activities.
• Maintain Engineering & Maintenance Records.
• Notify management of spares needed to maintain plant safely.
• Ensure compliance with GXO systems within Engineering Department.
• Communicate with other departments to set priorities.
• Undertake relevant training and train others as needed.
• Provide on-call cover out of hours.
• Work shifts to support site operations.
