Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Electrical Bias Engineer to join our team in Hull. You will install and maintain plant and equipment, respond to breakdowns, and ensure faults are rectified quickly to meet SLA targets.

The role requires hands-on electrical expertise, 18th Edition compliance, and the ability to work in data-centre environments with a focus on power systems, UPS and distribution. Occasional overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering electrical maintenance in data-centre or critical environments.
• Strong focus on power systems, UPS, CPS and distribution.
• Knowledge of testing equipment and power quality assessment.

Responsibilities

• React to breakdown maintenance requests within SLA targets.
• Install and maintain plant and equipment as required.
• Test and diagnose power quality issues using appropriate equipment.
• Respond to emergencies with standby/on-call availability.
• Maintain up-to-date engineering documentation and records.
