HDR, Inc. in London seeks an Electrical Associate Director / Technical Team Lead to drive complex electrical engineering solutions for hyperscale data-centre campuses, from strategy through delivery, across the UK and internationally.

You will combine technical authority, people leadership and commercial judgment to shape high-performing teams and major projects while mentoring engineers and engaging with senior clients.

Qualifikationen

• Eight years’ relevant experience at Senior Engineer level or above.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Chartered Engineer status or progress towards chartership preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior leaders, clients and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Amtech, DIALux, Revit and Bluebeam; ability to mentor junior team members.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex electrical engineering solutions for clients and projects.
• Act as senior technical point of contact for clients, guiding projects from concept to delivery.
• Set technical quality standards across electrical systems, ensuring safety, sustainability and reliability.
• Champion digital design tools and emerging AI capabilities to improve decision-making.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex data-centre campus projects.
