Black & White Engineering Limited is seeking an Associate Director (Electrical) to lead electrical design for complex, high‑impact projects. You will guide technical decisions, mentor engineers and strengthen client relationships across global programmes.

You will balance technical oversight with strategic leadership, ensuring delivery excellence, quality documentation and sound engineering practices in a fast‑growing consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical design delivery on large, complex projects.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop engineers.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead electrical engineering design delivery across complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Provide technical leadership, design assurance and engineering guidance to project teams.
• Manage client relationships and act as a senior technical point of contact.
• Support project planning, resource coordination and delivery performance.
• Review designs, calculations and technical documentation for quality and compliance.
• Mentor and develop engineers within the electrical discipline.
• Contribute to business growth through project opportunities and technical excellence.
