Job summary

Black & White Engineering Limited is seeking an Associate Director (Electrical) to lead electrical design for complex, high‑impact projects. You will guide technical decisions, mentor engineers and strengthen client relationships across global programmes.

You will balance technical oversight with strategic leadership, ensuring delivery excellence, quality documentation and sound engineering practices in a fast‑growing consultancy environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading electrical engineering design delivery across complex multidisciplinary projects.

• Reviewing designs, calculations and technical documentation to ensure quality and compliance.

• Strong experience leading electrical design delivery within a consultancy or engineering environment.
• Expertise in power distribution, critical systems and electrical infrastructure design.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience reviewing and assuring complex engineering designs and technical deliverables.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree-qualified in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent.
