Job summary

Salute, a global data centre specialist, invites an experienced Associate Director (Electrical) to join our Nottingham team. You will lead electrical building services from concept to completion, mentor engineers, and drive client relationships across UK and EMEA.

The role demands strategic leadership, technical depth, and strong commercial acumen. You will manage budgets, guide design teams, and ensure high technical standards while supporting business development and expanding the client base

Qualifications

• Chartered engineer preferred with data centre design experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical building services projects from concept to completion.
• Act as Project Leader across multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Support business development and identify opportunities for future work.
