Job summary

Salute is seeking an Associate Director (Electrical) to lead electrical building services for Data Centre projects in the UK and Europe, based in our Nottingham office. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, mentor engineers, and drive design accuracy, client satisfaction, and project delivery.

You should bring chartership or be working toward it, strong leadership, UK MEP experience, and fluency with AutoCAD and Revit MEP.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer preferred or working toward this status.
• Strong leadership and client-facing experience required.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across complex projects.
• UK MEP knowledge and data centre sector exposure advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical building services projects from concept through to completion.
• Act as Project Leader across multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Support business development opportunities and client growth.
• Mentor and develop engineers as the team grows.
• Ensure projects meet technical and commercial standards.
