Job summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Electrical Assistant (Band 3) to support safe, compliant electrical maintenance across all OUH sites. The role involves PPM, reactive repairs, minor installations and out-of-hours on-call duties within the Estates and Facilities Department.

Qualifications

• PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems.
• Assist with minor installation works and repairs.
• Maintain compliance with HTMs, British Standards and Trust policies.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on electrical systems.
• Assist with electrical installations and minor projects under supervision.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and diagnose faults.
• Complete maintenance records and timesheets using Trust systems.
• Work with Estates trades to deliver integrated maintenance services.
