Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years in electrical engineering roles with asset integrity exposure.
• Offshore wind, HV transmission, or large-scale power infrastructure experience.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status is preferred.
• Experience in operational asset management or life-cycle engineering is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain asset integrity strategies for electrical systems across offshore wind assets.
• Act as electrical asset integrity technical authority ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Define integrity management plans, inspection regimes, monitoring strategies, and performance standards.
• Provide engineering assurance over inspection, maintenance, repair, and modification activities.
• Interface with operations, OEMs, and service providers to execute asset integrity activities.
• Review and approve technical documentation including reports and repair scopes.
• Support failure investigations, root cause analysis, and lessons learned processes.
• Identify degradation mechanisms and implement risk-based mitigation measures.
• Support life-extension assessments and long-term asset management planning.
