Job summary

We can SolviT Recruitment LTD in Rugby is seeking an Electrical Assembly Operative to join a busy electro‑mechanical engineering environment. You will work on a bench on the shop floor, assembling power and cooling systems, and building mechanical frames from detailed drawings.

Candidates should have at least 2 years’ shop floor experience with strong wiring, soldering and crimping skills, and be based locally to Rugby. A supportive team and modern facilities are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing shop floor environment.
• Strong electro‑mechanical assembly, wiring and soldering skills.
• Based locally to Rugby.
