Job summary

We can SolviT Recruitment LTD in Rugby is seeking several experienced electrical assembly operatives. The role is on-site, Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30 with an early finish on Fridays, and involves skilled wiring and fitting.

You'll assemble power supplies and cooling systems, build wiring looms and follow detailed drawings. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary in the £30k–£32k range and strong management support.

Qualifications

• Skilled electrical assembly/fitting background with substantial experience.
• Not suitable for trainees.

Responsibilities

It's a skilled role and really does need someone who has a strong electrical assembly / fitting background and a decent amount of experience (it's NOT a trainee role).

We are looking for several experienced electrical assembly operatives who have very strong wiring and crimping skills for a fitting role in Rugby.

It's a shop floor role working Monday - Friday and one where you assembly power supplies, cooling systems, handle components, build wiring looms and follow drawings.

It's a great role working on some of the very latest technology.
