Job summary

Office Angels is seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Assembly Operative to join our client’s electronics manufacturing team in Thanet, Kent. The role involves assembling, inspecting, and manufacturing electronic products while strictly following documented work instructions and quality standards.

You will support production schedules, participate in training across assembly, testing, packing and dispatch, and help maintain high workmanship and safety compliance in a collaborative environment.

• Escalate production, quality, or equipment issues to the Production Supervisor or Manager in a timely manner.

We are delighted to be working with our Client based in Thanet who are looking for a detail-orientated Production Operative to join their team.

Location: Thanet, Kent
Job Type: Full-Time - Monday to Thusday 8:00am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am - 12:45pm
Salary: £12.71 per hour

The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Operative to join a growing electronics manufacturing team in Thanet. This role involves supporting the production of high-quality electronic products through assembly, inspection, and manufacturing processes while adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for following documented work instructions, maintaining excellent workmanship, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the production department.

Key Responsibilities:
