Job summary

Fusion People Ltd is hiring an Electrical Assembler for a temp-to-perm position in Stoke-on-Trent. You will build and assemble high-spec trailer components, reading wiring diagrams and wiring schematics while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Typical shifts include Days or Nights, with day shifts 7.30am-5pm and night shifts 6pm-6am. PAYE rates are £15.07-£15.57 per hour days and £19.59-£20.24 per hour nights, dependent on experience. This role requires flexibility and teamwork.

Job Title: Electrical Assembler

A great opportunity has arisen within the Electrical Department of a well-established vehicle manufacturing business based in Stoke-on-Trent.

The Role:

Reporting to the Electrical Workshop Manager, you will be involved in the build and assembly of high-quality, in-house designed trailer chassis, decks, and associated components. This is a varied role working on low-volume, high-specification vehicles for major blue-chip clients.
