Job summary

The Bedford College Group is seeking a Training Coordinator in Electrical Installations at Corby Campus. The role focuses on coordinating apprenticeship journeys, conducting assessments and providing coaching to learners across a construction curriculum.

You will engage with employers, support progress, and ensure quality and compliance in delivery. 37 hours weekly, permanent contract with UK right to work required, salary £33,048–£41,085 with market supplement.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English (Grade A–C/Level 2) required.
• A1 Assessor or TAQA qualification.
• Level 3 sector qualification.
• AM2 and 18th Edition knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Apprenticeship Coordination & Learner Journey management from induction to completion.
• Assessment, coaching and progress reviews with SMART targets.
• Quality assurance, verification and audit compliance across records.
• Employer engagement and liaison with delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Upholding safeguarding, health & safety and college values.
