Buckinghamshire College Group is seeking an Apprenticeship Trainer for Commercial/Domestic Electrician to support electrical apprentices across classroom, workshop and site settings. The role is based at the Aylesbury Campus with travel across Buckinghamshire and neighbouring counties to engage employers, assess skills and guide apprentices to reach their potential.

Responsabilidades

• Pass on their up-to-date vocational knowledge and expertise to apprentices in classroom, workshop and site settings, so that apprentices develop the best technical, employability, life and learning skills.
• Promote and discuss additional training, qualifications, and courses with employers to be included in their apprentice's training plan to improve their contribution to the workplace.
• Use industry experience to develop and support our apprenticeship students' educational journey.
