Job summary

RRE Electrical in Rushden is seeking an Electrical Apprentice pursuing City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations. You will assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of systems on varied sites, under experienced electricians, and gain hands-on diagnostics experience.

The role offers formal training to Level 3, mentoring, and exposure to industrial environments. A strong drive and readiness to learn on the job are essential for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driving license.
• Grade 4 or above in Maths and English.
• Must be enrolled in or aiming for City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Electrical Installations.
• Keen interest in electrical work and learning on the job.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
• Develop understanding of electrical installations and industry standards.

RRE Electrical are Industrial Electrical Engineers working on sites such as Printing, Packaging, Recycling, and Processing Plants.

We are based in Rushden, Northamptonshire, looking to hire an Electrical Apprentice who is pursuing or interested in obtaining City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations.

The Role

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
• Develop a strong understanding of electrical installations, working to industry standards.
• Work under the guidance of experienced electricians to complete electrical tasks.Learn to carry out fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Gain practical experience in electrical installations across a variety of environments.
