Job summary

Hypersonica is seeking an AIT Technician to join a small, elite team delivering Europe’s defence technology. You will work autonomously in a talent-dense environment, reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and performing cable assembly and connector work while maintaining high quality standards.

You will contribute to projects that directly support Europe’s technological independence, collaborating with engineers and operations to move fast and produce tangible outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with wiring, harnessing, or electrical assembly.
• Able to read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Hands-on with cable assembly, crimping, connector installation and routing.

• Experienced Electrical Technician with a strong background in wiring, harnessing, or electrical assembly.
• Able to read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Hands on experience with cable assembly, crimping, connector installation, and routing.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced engineering environment.
• Strong practical problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
