London Borough of Bexley is seeking an experienced professional to lead electoral services, ensuring statutory duties are met and supporting the Head of Electoral Services in developing and delivering services in line with modern practice. The role will deputise for the Head of Electoral Services as required.

Qualifications

• Hold the Certificate in Electoral Administration.
• Understand electoral law and procedures.
• Experience in training and supporting staff.
• Able to work to competing deadlines and adapt to legislative changes.
• Knowledge of Electoral Management Software and Microsoft packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead on delivery of electoral services and deputise for Head of Electoral Services.
• Support ERO/RO statutory duties.
• Develop and deliver services in line with modern practices.
