Job summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust seeks an experienced Elective Care Training and Validation Manager to lead RTT validation and training for the organisation. Qualifications

• Experience leading RTT validation and training programs.
• Strong knowledge of 18-week RTT rules and waiting list management.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead RTT validation and staff training across the Trust.
• Monitor inpatient/outpatient PTLs and escalation of pathway risks.
• Analyse waiting lists and data quality; generate reports.
• Support governance and audits of waiting lists.
• Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to improve processes.
