Job summary

The Orders of St John Care Trust is seeking a Bank Support Worker in Chesham to help residents with daily routines, personal care, and companionship. You will take part in activities and support a warm, caring atmosphere in our home.

You will also perform light household tasks, help keep residents’ rooms clean, and contribute to a respectful, dignified care environment. Training and career development are provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Proven track record in elderly care and commitment to high quality care.
• Positive role model with excellent communication and teamwork.
• Keen to learn and excel in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily routines and personal care.
• Provide companionship and participate in activities.
• Carry out light household duties and keep areas clean and tidy.
