Job summary

The Orders of St John Care Trust is seeking a Domiciliary Support Worker in Milton Keynes. You will help residents with daily routines, personal care, and light household tasks, delivering care with warmth and kindness.

You will engage residents in activities, provide companionship, and promote dignity and independence in a supportive home setting. Prior care experience and good communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Experience in elderly care or domiciliary support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily routines and personal care.
• Provide companionship and engage residents in activities.
• Carry out light household duties and keep living areas tidy.
• Support residents to maintain independence and wellbeing.
