Job summary

Realm Recruit Limited is seeking a Senior Solicitor to lead a dedicated EL/PL team. You will supervise 6–7 solicitors, provide technical guidance on high-value multi-track claims, and retain ~25% of your own chargeable work while guiding others.

The role supports flexible office attendance, with two days per month minimum, and regional offices across the North West and beyond. You’ll join during growth as the practice expands after acquisitions, with a clear path into formal Team Lead

Qualifications

• Grade A Solicitor qualified in England and Wales with a current practising certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6–7 Solicitors handling multi-track EL/PL claims.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and technical support to the team.
• Monitor team performance against objectives and chargeable-hour expectations.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members.
• Manage your own small EL/PL caseload (~25% of time).
• Develop local relationships and secure referral opportunities.
