EL/PL - Solicitor/ Litigation Executive - Manchester

This is a rare opportunity to join an award winning law firm's successful Employers Liability team.

Due to the development and continued growth of the firm’s Personal Injury department, it is now seeking to appoint a Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive who will manage their own caseload of pre and post litigation EL/PL files.

You will be working within a friendly, sociable and incredibly supportive team.

Based in Manchester, you will be able to work on a hybrid basis, 2 days per week in the office.

The ideal candidate will have litigation experience however full training will be given for those who need.

The successful candidate will handle their cases from initial instruction to settlement, including drafting witness statements, reviewing expert evidence and instructing medical experts.

The Candidate:

• A personal injury Solicitor or Litigation Executive capable of dealing with pre & post litigated files

• Having the ability to manage a caseload roughly 100 files

• Ability to work towards deadlines

• Ability to negotiate settlements & drafting witness statements

• Ability to issue court proceedings

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
